If your VPS is OpenVZ, then no you are not able to to load a custom OS. You must use one of our pre-defined OS templates. If you do not see a template, please contact support to see if it is available.
If your VPS is OpenVZ KVM or KVM, then you are able to load a custom OS using an ISO. You can upload an ISO from https://cp.sshvm.com:4083/ Custom ISOs must follow the following requirements: 1) You can only upload a total maximum of 5 GB of ISOs. 2) You can only upload a total of 3 ISOs. 3) ISOs will only be stored for a total of 48 hours after it is uploaded. After 48 hours, the ISO will be deleted from our servers.
