When is my invoice considered late?

Your invoice is late if we do not receive payment by the due date. After the due date, you are subject to service suspension as well as a late fee.

You are responsible for paying all invoices. If you do not wish to continue a service, you must submit a cancellation request from within your customer portal. DO NOT IGNORE INVOICES!
