This issue has been resolved.

We are aware of the issue affecting the network at this moment. Our network engineers are working in mitigating 30+GB/s DDOS attack at the moment.

This is a very targeted attack, on which the CPU of the network gear is maxed out. since, we have limited visibility on the network, it might be awhile before we have it under control.

We have already talked to our up-streams regarding this and they are also assisting us with this. Note that this is being done from a very large botnet, which makes it even more difficult to handle.
