Our engineers will be on site in the LAX1 datacenter located in Los Angeles, CA performing network maintenance during the above time window, specified in Pacific Standard time (PST).
We are working to perform a network refresh with new equipment which will facilitate additional network capabilities and aggregate throughput.
The maintenance involves a transition of the core and distribution layer network devices from their existing configurations. During this time, there will be small service interruption for all customers in the LAX1 datacenter. This maintenance is fully scripted. While the window itself is multiple hours, total downtime for any given service is anticipated to be less than 30 minutes.
