Typically no. Please plan to pay all invoices by the due date. However, we understand that life happens. If you need an extension, please contact our billing team with the invoice number you would like an extension on and why you will not be able to pay the invoice on time.
Billing extensions are granted on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Please do not make a habit of requesting extensions as they may not be granted.
If you know you're going to not be around when an invoice is due, for example you'll be traveling and unable to login to make a payment, you can either add a credit card to your account which will be automatically charged on your due date or add funds to your account as account credit. Account credit is non-refundable. Any left over account credit will be added to your next invoice and you'll need to pay any balance due if the credit in your account isn't enough to cover the invoice.
